Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough has formed.Spread a sheet of plastic wrap over a cutting board. Using your hands, form a 1-inch thick rectangle of dough on the plastic wrap. Fully wrap the dough rectangle in plastic wrap and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Cut into rectangles. Makes 10 bars.

Pour into a frosted glass and serve for a colder, frostier smoothie or freeze for a few minutes after you blend. Enjoy as a breakfast at home or on the go!
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until a dough-like ball is formed. Flatten the ball of dough onto a small pan, making dough however thick you would like the bars. Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and cut into bars
